Small Parts Straighteners and Thin Coil Stock Straighteners
The CoilMate®/Dickerman® line of Precision Parts Straighteners and high performance Thin Coil Straighteners are engineered to maximize your productivity. The two-point top straightener roll bank adjustment makes setup fast, easy and accurate. Extraordinary material flatness can be achieved with the 17 all powered straightening rolls of small diameters on close centers. Residual material stress is also removed providing very stable parts and material.
12 BSPS With Backed Up Rolls
The Coilmate®/Dickerman® parts straightener in most cases can achieve a flatness of parts to within .001" or .002". Parts Straighteners and Thin Coil Stock Straighteners are manufactured to flatten parts as thin as .010" and as thick as .025". The units designed for wider or thicker materials incorporate backed up rolls to prevent deflection while maintaining their advantageous small working roll diameter. 17 straightening rolls allow a gentler, gradual straightening of the material and the upper roll bank design allows for easy setup and adjustment of the straightening rolls.
6 TCS Precision Straightener
The straighteners can be equipped with a platform for parts straightening or a loop control for thin coil straightening. Larger coil widths and gauges as well as units with adjustable backup configurations can be provided from our sister company, B&K® Levelers a complementary fit to the CoilMate®/Dickerman® line of Precision Parts Straighteners. CoilMate®/Dickerman® straighteners can be equipped with a platform for parts straightening or a loop control for thin coil straightening.
